Matthew was helpful, courteous and punctual!
I have been a grateful customer of WR Engineering now for 10 years.
My son backed his car into the garage door while it was closed at my home in Curtin. The lowest panel was severely dented and a number of hinges snapped. I didn’t want to rush to have it replaced so I decided to call WR Engineering for a repair man to come out. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to see that the whole door would need replacing, and he locked it down for me. He prepared a quote for replacement, with photographs, which I can submit to my insurance company.
What I am so super grateful for is that his callout fee will be deducted from the replacement cost of the garage door.
