Thanks to Ryan and WR Engineering for servicing my roller doors. Great efficient and punctual work today and look forward to seeing you in a year’s time. I learned my lesson with previously not regularly servicing the doors - the hard way with it breaking and having to replace the entire door and motor.

They did a great job replacing our faulty garage door motor and making sure the door opens smoothly and quietly.

Garage door not closing. Booked online for a service. Got a prompt call back from Mel. Booked in-all good. Ryan called when he was on the way. He got here and assessed the issues. He explained them to me in very clear terms. Ryan suggested an interim course of action, which he promptly completed. At all times the cost of any work was stated up front. The door is working again, but some more work may be required. I would be happy for Ryan to come and finish the job as he was very thorough, used easy to understand language and was extremely polite.

Great experience with WR Engineering. Rick was easy to deal with, and took the time to explain options without any pressure. The pricing was fair and transparent. Pierre did a fantastic job installing my fence, solid work and a really nice guy. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend.
