On-Time Guarantee Terms and Conditions DEC 2024

Overview
At WR Engineering, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Our $100 On-Time Guarantee ensures that our staff arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we fail to meet this commitment, we will provide a $100 credit toward your service or quoted price.

1. The On-Time Guarantee applies to all scheduled appointments made directly through WR Engineering.
2. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details when booking.

Exclusions
The On-Time Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
2. Traffic delays, road closures, or accidents beyond our control.
3. Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or lack of access to the property at the scheduled time.
4. Rescheduled or follow-up appointments made after the initial consultation.
5. To errors in communication, such as incorrect scheduling or miscommunication about the date or time, unless the error is directly caused by WR Engineering.

Rescheduling Policy
WR Engineering reserves the right to reschedule appointments under the following conditions:

1. If unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or emergencies, affect our ability to meet the scheduled time.
2. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a new appointment time will be proposed.
3. The $100 On-Time Guarantee will not apply to rescheduled appointments, provided fair notice is given.
4. WR Engineering will make every effort to accommodate the customer’s availability when rescheduling.

Scope of Guarantee

1. The $100 credit applies only to the initial, original, first consultation or appointment.
2. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. If the work has already been paid in full, the $100 credit will be refunded to the original payment method.

Claim Process
To claim the On-Time Guarantee:

1. Inform your WR Engineering representative onsite during the appointment if you believe they have arrived outside the scheduled time frame and the credit will be applied at that time.
2. Alternatively, contact WR Engineering via email within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, providing details of the service date, time and location.

Compensation

1. If eligible, the $100 credit will be applied to the final invoice for services provided during the initial consultation.
2. For pre-paid services, the credit will be refunded to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

1. The On-Time Guarantee covers only the $100 credit as described.
2. WR Engineering is not liable for any additional costs, damages, or inconveniences resulting from delays.

Disputes and Final Say
In the event of a dispute, WR Engineering reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the eligibility and application of the On-Time Guarantee. This offer is designed to set us apart from competitors, maintain our status as a market leader and ensure satisfaction for all parties involved. It is our goal that this promotion delivers mutual success for both our customers and WR Engineering.

Amendments
WR Engineering reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
