B&D Garage Doors Canberra

As an accredited B&D dealer, WR Engineering is one of Canberra’s specialist suppliers and installers of B&D garage doors – Australia’s most trusted garage door brand. Every B&D door we install is Australian-made, built for Canberra’s conditions, and backed by up to 10 years’ warranty.

Unlike many dealers, every WR Engineering installer is directly employed, not subcontracted. That means the same trained team measuring your garage today is the team standing behind the installation tomorrow – and if a warranty claim ever comes up, we coordinate it directly with B&D on your behalf, so you’re never stuck between two companies.

We’re a family-owned Canberra business, proven quality & service since 1967, with a showroom in Fyshwick and over 1000 Google reviews from local homeowners.

Why choose WR Engineering for your B&D Garage Door

Accredited B&D dealer & installer

We stock and install the full B&D range and hold official B&D accreditation - so you're getting a genuine product, correctly fitted, with manufacturer-backed warranty support.

Directly employed installers

Every install is carried out by our own trained team, not a subcontractor. It's the difference that shapes everything else - consistent workmanship, accountability, and a single point of contact if anything needs attention down the track.

Canberra-local since 1967

Three generations of Canberra winters, hailstorms, and hot dry summers have shaped how we install and service garage doors here. We know what holds up in this climate and what doesn't.

1,000+ Google reviews

More Canberra homeowners have reviewed WR Engineering than almost any other garage door company in the region - see for yourself on our reviews page.

B&D Garage Door Range we install

Sectional Garage Doors

Multiple interlocking panels that travel up and along the ceiling on a track – a clean, solid look available in a wide range of colours and finishes. Popular for modern Canberra homes because they seal well against wind and dust.

Roller Doors

A single curtain that coils neatly above the opening, leaving maximum headroom in the garage. A practical, cost-effective option for garages, sheds, and laneway access.

B&D Openers & Automation

Pair your new B&D door with a B&D opener for smooth, quiet, remote-controlled operation. See our full Openers & Remotes range.
